What is a campaign?
A campaign is a set of time events designed to affect contact groups. For a campaign to be created, we need a group of contacts and at least one date and time contact variable.
The time events that make up a campaign are triggers scheduled to be triggered on a certain date. These triggers can send messages, start flows and even take precedence over other interactions that the contact is having with the platform.
Why use a campaign?
Campaigns are our form of active interaction with the contact. In other words, with them we managed to make the platform talk to the contact and not be dependent only on the contrary.
Do you want to collect a response from your contact? Remember the contact of any appointment? Notify the contact about updates to your order? A campaign can be the solution.
In the next articles we will talk about how to build your campaigns and set up your events correctly.
