Use this trigger to start a flow after receiving a call.

To start a flow after a missed call do as described below

  1. Go to the guide Triggers and click on the box Create a Trigger;

  1. Click on the button Start a Flow After Receiving a Call;

  1. In Flow, you can choose which flow will be started;
  2. In Only Groups you can choose the group(s) that the trigger will be applied, if you leave the field empty, the trigger will be applied to all contacts;
  3. Click on Create Trigger.
