Start a Flow When a Conversation is Started by a Contact

Use this trigger to start a flow when a conversation is started by a contact. This option will be available only if you already have a channel enabled in your workspace.

To start a flow when a conversation is started by a contact do as described below

  1. Go to the guide Triggers and click on the box Create a Trigger.

  1. Click on the button Start a flow when a conversation is started by a contact.

  1. In Channel, you choose the associated channel.
  2. In Flow, you can choose which flow will be started.
  3. Click on Create Trigger.
