Tell a flow to ignore triggers and keywords

When a contact sends a message that matches a keyword that you have defined to start the flow, it will automatically be placed in the standard flow. This means that if the contact was placed in flow A and the user responded with a message containing a keyword that starts flow B, it leaves flow A and starts flow B. This is useful in situations where you want to allow your contacts to move between flows using keywords.
If you want to keep your contacts flowing until they expire, you can configure to ignore the keyword until your contacts have left the first flow.
To tell a flow to ignore triggers and keywords:
- Go to "flow" and click on the flow you want to modify;
- Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner of the flow editor and then click on the "Edit" option;

- Check the box "Ignoring triggering keywords when you're in that flow";

- Click Save Changes button
